What is collected

When you submit a booking enquiry, the details you enter in the form are stored: your name, email address, phone number, wedding date and location, event details, preferred service, budget range, Instagram handle and message.

Nothing else is collected. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts and no cookies beyond the session cookie used by the artist to sign in to the admin dashboard.

How it is used

Enquiry details are used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to book, to plan and deliver the service. They are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are retained while they are active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and reference. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time.

Photography

Images of your look are only published on this website or on social media with your explicit permission. If you would prefer your photographs were not used, say so and they will not be.

Your rights

To request a copy of your data, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, email hello@afreenalam.com. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
